After almost a year of Masters courses, full time jobs and an awful lot of poetry workshops.. Shoestring is relaunching! Follow us as we sweat over the final decision of the Arts Council to hopefully gain funding, and join us by submitting your words and pictures for Issue Two: Manchester vs New York!
